This is such a brilliant all round support role with Office Management, Events and Team Assistant responsibilities! Diverse duties with loads to throw yourself into from day one, and lots of scope for progression! This role could see you becoming the PA to the CEO and also progress within another area of this flourishing company as they expand!
Based in the London HQ, the culture here is relaxed, friendly yet highly changeable – a start-up / entrepreneurial feel! This Office and Events Assistant needs to be logical, organised yet OK with constant change. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and have some strong diary management and multi-tasking skills behind you, but most importantly have a fantastic attitude.
Office and Events Assistant Duties:
50/50 split between Office Assistant and Event Management
Lynch pin of the office – being the ‘go to’ person for the team, and the ‘face of the company’ when clients arrive (this is an open-plan space and you will be sitting with the team)
Ensuring the office runs smoothly – assisting with everything from administration, to meeting room management and maintenance, managing food orders, stationery, and changing light bulbs if necessary! (You are happy to ‘muck in!’)
Event management of both internal and external events – from concept to execution
Support across Finance and People teams, as well as regional office support
