Receptionist / Administrator - 1 year FTC

Friendly high end investment house based in the heart of London is currently looking for a bright, intelligent and proactive Receptionist / Front of House Receptionist / Administrator & Office PA to cover a  one year maternity leave starting end of July/start of August. Please note this role is based in the office five days a week 8:30 – 5:30 with occasional work from home (25 days holiday + bonus!)



You will be based in the office sitting with the rest of this lovely, friendly bunch and be a valued member of the team from day 1. This is a varied and involved role where there is plenty of scope to muck in and learn – they are happy to support you and train you as much as you need. The ideal receptionist/assistant will be keen to get involved, do a great job and exceed expectations and help out wherever possible; there will always be more to do should you want it!



Assisting the down to earth and warm EA to Founders/Office Manager you will work alongside her, assisting her with daily tasks and ad hoc errands. You will be also be responsible for:


  • all meeting and greeting

  • preparation and clean down of meeting rooms – this can get very busy

  • booking meeting rooms

  • handling refreshments

  • general admin including filing, photocopying, binding

  • fact checking and data entry

  • expenses

  • booking travel

  • calendar management

  • incoming calls

  • invoice administration and filing

  • Couriers, post, taxis and deliveries

  • Updating excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations

  • Overflow PA / Personal Assistant and EA / Executive Assistant duties
