Entrepreneurial and fast-paced, global private equity business is currently seeking an experienced, proactive and, most importantly, down to earth and warm PA / Executive Assistant extraordinaire to support at Partner level. Very interesting firm with fascinating portfolio companies and exciting growth plans. 

You will provide dedicated classic Executive Assistant / PA support to one Partner and a small team, working alongside a close-knit team of other driven PAs / EAs. This particular role is busy and deadline-bound so this PA / EA will thrive under pressure and have a cheerful and positive attitude every day. Your Partner's travel and have constantly changing back to back diaries so this Personal Assistant / PA will be confident coordinating complex global travel itineraries, often to ‘difficult to reach’ places, and supporting on a remote basis across different time zones.

PA to Partner Role:

  • Providing seamless and proactive PA / Personal Assistant support to a Partner predominantly, & very small team of Executives

  • Complex and changeable multiple diary and global travel schedules, including extensive calendar management

  • Extensive roadshow coordination

  • Management of constantly changing priorities for ‘in demand’ team, including preparation of extensive meeting paperwork, pitches, investor profiles, board papers, expenses, Visas etc.

  • Project management support

  • Ad hoc personal support

  • Research

  • Traditional PA / PA to Director / Executive Assistant role

 Ideal PA / Executive Assistant candidate:

  • Partner level or equivalent PA / EA experience

  • Private equity or investment sector experience

  • A Personal Assistant / PA / EA willing to muck in and help everyone – the culture here is ‘no egos!’

  • Fantastic written English and grammar

  • Degree or equivalent

  • Definitely scope to step up in future or get a bit more involved in the business
