A polished, professional and friendly Temp Receptionist / Office Assistant is need for an urgent temp booking at this lovely boutique investment firm based in Mayfair – the booking is for one week in December (18th - 22nd) and two weeks cover in January (2nd to 11th). Hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a temp Receptionist looking to gain exposure at a leading investment firm! Based front of house, your role as Temp Receptionist will include answering and screening calls, meeting and greeting HNW clients, managing and booking meeting rooms, ensuring the reception area is pristine, ordering catering & office stationery, and all-round admin and overflow PA support for the close-knit team.
