A global Family Office based in Mayfair is currently looking for a proactive, positive and driven HR Assistant/Coordinator to support their small HR team.
The environment here is fast paced and there is a huge amount to get involved with. You will have some HR administration / HR assistant / Generalist HR experience already which you will be keen to build upon.
Personality-fit is crucial for this role as the team here are very close knit and upbeat and would love a HR Assistant with a great sense of humour to join them.
Recruitment support including scheduling interviews and acting as first pint of contact to Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, which will entail correspondence with candidates on the status of their candidacy, coordinating interviews, greeting candidates during on-site interviews
New starter and leaver management and administration
Monitoring holidays and sickness
Benefits and compensation support
Employment contract admin, drafting offer letters
You will ideally have previous experience supporting a HR team. You will been keen to learn more and enjoy a constantly changing, deadline driven and exciting culture.
Up to £40,000 + bonus
