We are looking for an exceptional all round Office Assistant / PA to join an absolutely lovely tech firm, based near the Liverpool Street / City of London area.
Your PA / Office Coordinator / Office Manager (10 MONTH CONTRACT TO PERM) role will initially be part time (2-3 days a week or reduced hours spread over 5 days) and be based from home but moving to a mainly office based role once lockdown eases. The role will get busier over the coming months and will either remain part time, if you wish, or move towards a more full time role. Hours/days to be agreed with the ideal candidate.
The company culture here is extremely warm, personable and relaxed but standards are high and the CEO in particular will expect first class, efficient support when he needs it.
PA to CEO (30% role)
Meticulous diary, meeting, travel and inbox management including proactively managing CEO's time, gatekeeping and preparing papers for meetings
Ad hoc requests from CEO
Highly detail focussed approach needed and sense of humour essential!
Office Admin (70%)
Working closely with Chief of Staff on various HR and employee wellbeing initiatives including social committee and mental health workshops
Team Administration and meeting management
Meeting and greeting, couriers, taxis, post etc.
Once in the office, office and facilities management including supplies and supplier contracts, maintenance, photocopiers etc.
Assisting to manage a potential upcoming office move
Lots of scope to grow your own role including along the HR, marketing or finance route
We're looking for a proactive, diligent and bright PA / Office Coordinator who is happy to do a broad, varied admin role with some interesting projects whilst also stepping up to support the CEO.
