Team EA & Office Manager

A boutique private equity advisory firm based in Central London is looking for a bright and polished Team EA / Office Manager to provide seamless support to their Investment Team, and oversee the day to day management of their 15 person office. This is an exciting role for a motivated PA to take on a busy, hybrid role and truly make their mark!

Your role as Team EA and Office Manager to this friendly and close-knit team will see you act as a true lynch pin and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in this highly, evolving and visible role. Typical duties will include; diary management, international travel coordination, meeting scheduling and expense reporting, team events coordination, managing the office and basic HR admin.  This lovely, dynamic team work at a fast pace and need a PA with excellent organisational skills to keep them on track. Huge potential to take on projects including coordinating an office move next year.

You will definitely have financial services experience, ideally within a boutique private equity or investment business, a solid education, fantastic written English spelling and grammar, a polished and warm appearance and manner and a willingness to get involved at all levels. Initially this role will be based remotely until the team return to their central London office in the summer.
