Executive Assistant - leading global Executive Search Firm – Mayfair
3 days in office and 2 days remote
Superb opportunity for a bright, tenacious Executive Assistant to work for a fast moving global consultancy with a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture. Supporting 1:2 in the Leadership Advisory team you will be an upbeat, engaged personality who is robust, willing to go the extra mile and who enjoys a challenge! You will ensure all aspects of high level assignments run smoothly and assist in creating and maintaining relationships with clients; extensive, changeable diary management and scheduling, travel coordination, client and candidate relationship management and creation of high quality reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate for this EA role will be enthusiastic, curious and detail oriented. You must have experience working in super-fast paced, project centred environments where you are a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Ideal industry background is executive search or management consultancy
First class written English skills – experience of document production and proof reading
Proven relationship building expertise with high-profile clients
Thrive in a fast pace environment; have high levels of energy, tenacity and focus
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, in particular Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience with databases / CRM systems ideal
