Office Manager
A successful PR & Communications Consultancy based in central London needs a proactive, dynamic and confident Office Manager for a 10 - 12 month mat cover. This friendly and sociable team enjoy working hard and playing hard so they’re looking for an Office Manager who wants to get involved and be part of the team from day one. This office has an open, fast moving and professional feel, so it’s a hugely exciting company to be part of.
ROLE:
Sourcing new suppliers and managing existing relationships
Finance Coordination; liaising with the Accountant, preparing monthly expenses runs, sales invoicing, credit control
Managing budgets / tracking spend
Facilities and day-to-day upkeep of smooth office operations
Social and client events management
Main point of contact for IT and telecoms
Support to HR function as necessary
PERSON:
Ideally 3-5 years’ office management experience, preferably in a growing small to medium sized business
Strong business and commercial acumen
Strong communication and IT fluency (solid Excel skills a must)
Passionate about being the lynchpin of the office!
Willingness to ‘wear many hats’ and attitude that no job is too big or too small
9.00 – 5.30, 25 days holiday, Discretionary bonus, Free breakfast, Hybrid working. December start and full handover
