Office Assistant

High level PR consultancy based in central London needs a proactive, dynamic and confident Office Assistant.


This friendly and sociable 60 person team enjoy working hard and playing hard so they’re looking for an office administrator who wants to get involved and be part of the team from day one. This office has an open, fast moving and professional feel, so it’s a hugely exciting company to be part of.

The team are all bright, well educated and good fun, and work with some very high profile individuals within the current affairs and political space and well known consumer and corporate brands. Confidentiality is a must!

Supporting the Office Manager and wider office your Office Assistant / Junior PA role will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting

  • Answering the phones and reception duties (you wont be based on a reception desk)

  • Travel bookings

  • Ordering supplies

  • Photocopying / scanning etc.

  • Preparing papers for meetings

  • Client and internal events coordination

  • HR admin support

  • Expenses

  • Ad hoc errands and projects

The ideal Office Assistant will have a degree, excellent written and spoken English grammar, well presented and polished, eager to muck in and prove yourself, desire to help everyone, no ego and be excited to take on this fantastic opportunity!
