EA to 2 Founders

We are looking for an extra special Senior PA / Executive Assistant to support the two Founding Partners of this boutique investment firm.

Working in stunning offices in central London, you will play an integral role in the day to day running and growth of this exciting, close-knit firm. The company abides by a strong ethical code and has a relaxed yet hardworking, high performing culture.

The EA’s role will mainly involve classic high-level support duties including some events management, but there is also ample opportunity to grow the role and take on more project or Business Assistant duties later down the line. For the right person with the right attitude, this is a wonderful, unique opportunity.

  • Strategic and proactive diary management, assisting the Founders to prioritise their workloads and reach their business goals. As such you will be expected to take an active interest in the firm’s current and upcoming deals and make strategic decisions regarding how best to leverage the Founders’ time

  • Taking personal responsibility for proactively building close and knowledgeable business relationships with a high number of investors and key contacts, going that extra mile at all times

  • Working closely with Founders to manage their business and personal lives as efficiently as possible

  • Coordinating a number of client / investor events from start to finish

  • Acting as a role model and providing cover for the more junior Office PA / Team Assistant

  • As your knowledge of the business and portfolio grows, the EA to Founders / Personal Assistant will have the opportunity to get involved with portfolio admin / legal admin / more technical business assistant work

  • Working closely with Founders and wider team at all stages of the investment lifecycle, taking an interest in understanding the details and adding value wherever you can

This involved EA role would suit a proactive, down to earth and bright EA who wants a busy, accountable role where your opinion will be valued and where you have a real chance to  make it your own.

  • You will ideally have some boutique finance experience already

  • Excellent written English skills

  • Willingness to muck in at all levels

  • Real team player

  • Curious, intellectual mindset with desire to understand wider business

  • Positive, down to earth and enthusiastic attitude
