EA to 2 Senior Partners

We are looking for a phenomenal EA to support the busy MP & HR Director of this growing, dynamic professional services firm.

Working in the Managing Partner’s Office you will provide key EA / Executive Assistant support on a daily basis, whilst working closely with another EA. There will also be ample scope to take on the coordination of some high profile internal projects as well as research. We are looking for a very special PA who wants a challenging and fast paced role to sink their teeth into.


PA / Executive Assistant to 2 Partners:

  • Coordinating the extremely busy, back to back and constantly changing diaries for the Managing Partner and HR Director

  • Reading and reacting to all incoming communications, acting as an ambassador and gatekeeper at all times. Constantly juggling priorities whilst maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, using your emotional intelligence to make judgments, read between the lines and see the bigger picture

  • Building excellent relationships with clients in person and on the phone including meeting and greeting

  • Arranging all logistical arrangements for key governance meetings

  • Undertake project work and research on an ad-hoc basis

  • Using your business acumen to take on extra responsibilities which will contribute to the smooth running of your team and their high priority projects

  • Working closely with team of wider PA / EAs


Ideal EA candidate:

  • Proven experience of managing incredibly full on and ever changing senior diaries at a relentlessly fast pace

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience of having a high impact in previous roles

  • Genuine love of being a PA!
