Office Manager
Our client is a multi-family office, with beautiful new offices, based in the heart of Mayfair. They are looking for an exceptional Office Manager, with a natural flair for high level flexible support, to take full control of all office duties and provide tailored assistance to the CEO.
The role is brand new and will evolve over time, with the Office Manager given full reign to make their individual mark on the both the role and company.
THE ROLE:
Work directly alongside the CEO to create office contracts
Diary and calendar management for the CEO
Global travel coordination, with intricate and thoughtful itineraries
HR coordination
Recruitment and onboarding
Expenses, invoices and further finance duties
Management of Receptionist, plus further support staff in the future
Ordering supplies, managing IT, go-to for facilities, establishing relationships with vendors and contractors
THE CANDIDATE:
Office Management experience within a small private equity firm or small start-up environment would be ideal
Excellent communication skills, the real desire to work in a proactive and value adding fashion, and an ambitious attitude
High level of discretion, and understanding of etiquette within a highly regarded family office environment
The role will be office based, with core hours of 09:00 – 17:30, 25 days holiday, and a generous bonus scheme.
