HR Assistant

An exceptional opportunity for a meticulous Administrator to support a HR team. This impressive firm is dynamic, extremely friendly and down to earth, with a history of low turnover amongst the support team because they have a close knit and warm culture. As HR Administrator you will support the HR team in delivering a high-quality service across the business. Your role will be busy and varied, involving heavy administrative support.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment support: provide support across multiple live vacancies at all levels including scheduling interviews and ensuring timely feedback to candidates

  • New starter and leaver management and administration

  • Monitoring holidays and sickness

  • Coordinating assessments days and scheduling employee training

  • Benefits and compensation support

  • Accurate data entry and assisting team with reporting using Excel

  • Smooth and efficient organisation of team related activities and administration

  • Facilitating the flow of information

What we are looking for:

  • You will ideally have 2 years' + administrative experience in a corporate environment and will be keen to learn more and enjoy a constantly changing, deadline driven and exciting culture.

  • Resilience with collaborative working style, with a naturally inquisitive nature, as well as the ability to multitask and work across multiple projects at once

  • Experience working well under pressure and with high volume workloads

  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required)

  • A genuinely positive and proactive attitude, and ability to adapt to various situations

  • Previous HR exposure is not necessary
