THE HERA PROCESS:

  1. INITIAL PHONE CALL. Speak to a Hera Consultant about finding your temporary or permanent hire.
     

  2. MEETING AT YOUR OFFICE. This is where we take the time to truly understand your business, the specifics of the role, and the type of personality that will best compliment your team.
     

  3. SEARCH & SELECTION. Utilising our broad network of existing talent coupled with a proactive search for your specific vacancy, we will create a carefully selected shortlist of candidates who have all been met and interviewed personally by a Hera Search Director.
     

  4. INTERVIEW PROCESS. We will make all interview arrangements, and provide two-way feedback at every stage. In an increasingly competitive market our sector knowledge and the trust we build with our candidates means you will be kept fully informed ensuring things run smoothly.
     

  5. OFFER & ACCEPTANCE. Once you’ve selected your preferred candidate, we will consult with you on the details of the offer and assist with contracts, references, start date and post placement support.
