A successful private equity firm based in The City is looking to recruit a Receptionist on a permanent basis.
Based in beautiful offices, you will be the face of the company in this fast paced role, delivering a 5* level of customer service to all clients and visitors. The team is close-knit and friendly and hard work is rewarded with incentives such as team trips abroad, lunches and away days.
Duties to include;
Meeting and greeting all guests
Manage all meeting rooms and coordinate catering and equipment requirements
Coordinating post items
Arranging couriers and taxis
Ordering catering and office supplies
Assisting the PAs with calendar management, travel arrangements and office projects
They are looking for a receptionist who is extremely positive, helpful and approachable. A background in customer services is beneficial as well as previous reception or admin experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly in Outlook and PowerPoint) will also be required for the role.
