High end, dynamic and super-fast paced investment company based in central London needs an outstanding Administrator / Team Assistant to support their internal accounts department.

You will provide classic Finance Administration /  Team Assistant support in a very fast paced and dynamic environment:

  • General administration for accounting team of 15

  • Calendar management / diary management

  • Travel itineraries

  • Data entry / maintaining trackers

  • Extensive liaison with key stakeholders and relationship building

  • Expenses

  • Projects on PowerPoint and Word and Excel

  • Financial reports, invoices, correspondence, letters

  • Ad hoc projects

  • Attending meetings and ensuring actions followed up
