INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO EVENTS & MARKETING!! Prestigious investment management company with a warm and welcoming culture is currently looking for an articulate, client-facing and intelligent Events & Corporate Marketing Assistant / Marketing Administrator who loves admin and helping others!

Supporting the Sales & Marketing team including the Manager, this Marketing Assistant will thrive in a fast paced and high end environment, be extremely diligent and keen to learn, with fantastic attention to detail.

  • Some PA duties to Marketing Manager including diary and travel management

  • Extensive production, preparation and organisation of a wide range of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, name tags, guests lists etc.

  • Events support (on the day and coordination before hand)

  • Ownership of marketing database / CRM

  • Coordinating attendance at corporate marketing events and arranging lunches, dinners, networking evenings etc.

  • Website management

  • CRM admin and data entry

The ideal Marketing & Events Administrator

  • Keen to work in a professional services corporate marketing environment

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)

  • Some exposure to marketing or events

  • Willing to start at the bottom and progress - this is not a quick stepping stone into events management - we need someone who will happily commit to this role for 2 years +

  • Outgoing, highly proactive, and dedicated approach daily
