A fantastic Head of Reception / Head Receptionist opportunity has arisen in an extremely high-end company.  This high profile / luxury 5* service business is seeking an outstanding lynchpin Head of Reception / Office Coordinator to manage the Reception, including two Receptionists, and provide seamless admin support.

The environment here is challenging but exciting - the pace is fast and deadline-driven and expectations are sky-high so you should be the type of person who thrives under pressure and doesn’t flap. The culture here is ‘all go’; dynamic and highly sociable and friendly, but also at times frantic, constantly changing and unpredictable! The business works a lot with celebrities and HNWIs so discretion is an absolute must too.

Head of Reception / Reception Manager / Receptionist Manager

  • Managing two junior receptionists
  • Managing 5 meeting rooms – negotiating internal requests for HNWI client meetings, dealing with unplanned last minute changes, thinking on your feet, problem solving
  • Setting up IT and AV equipment
  • Coordinating post and couriers, prioritising important documents
  • Ordering supplies and thinking ahead
  • Ensuring 5* service to HNWI at all times
  • Managing constantly ringing switchboard, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential situations
  • Immaculte personal presentation essential every day
  • Preparing meeting rooms with bespoke client breakfasts and lunches
  • Running business or personal related errands
  • Sourcing furniture, stationery or art work for office

The ideal Receptionist / Office Administrator / Front of House Representative will have:

  • Sophisticated personal presentation
  • 1st or 2.1 degree or equivalent
  • Robust approach
  • Hardworking and keen to prove yourself
  • Ambition and drive to succeed
  • Reception Manager experience
