Your role as Executive Assistant will entail providing high level business support to both the MP and Partner – two lovely but very different personalities. We are therefore looking for an EA who is naturally versatile, a pro at juggling multiple things at once and always 5 steps ahead of the game. As EA you will be coordinating back-to-back and changeable diaries, arranging multiple external and internal meetings, arranging travel, creating presentations and protecting your Partners’ time – both of whom are in high demand! You will also take the lead on various internal projects and as such we keen to speak to EAs who love taking on more than the classic PA duties – you are a proactive in your approach and thrive on working in an extremely fast paced environment.

To be considered for this amazing EA role you will ideally have similar PA experience from a Private Equity / Investment / Consultancy background, with strong academics and preferably a degree / similar qualification. Some experience of project ownership is highly desirable and an interest in or understanding of Private Equity is a must. You are well-spoken and proactive, and feel confident in your abilities to support at the top!
