A unique Office Manager / Ops Manager opportunity has arisen in an extremely high-end finance boutique. This prominent international business is seeking an outstanding Office Manager / Administration Manager to run the office of 50 people; you will be at the top of your game as this role is not for the faint hearted! The CEO wants an Office Manager / Operations Manager with impressive experience in a similar role, super bright, elegant and client facing, cheerful and service-lead. Personality and a thick skin is a must!

The environment here is challenging but exciting, fast paced and very deadline driven. Expectations are sky high and you should be the type of person who thrives under pressure and loves delivering. The culture is dynamic, progressive and sociable but there will be challenging personalities and situations so the successful Office Manager / Operations Manager / Admin Manager will not be easily fazed. The team are wonderful though and everyone loves working here and the turnover is very low!

This key Office Manager / Admin Manager role is diverse, with uncapped potential for growth and progression.

  • Leading the office and other support staff by example and maintaining the highest standards, attention to detail and positive approach in everything you do
  • Managing all processes and procedures
  • Line managing EAs, Assistants and Reception staff
  • Facilities and building management
  • Supplier contracts and relationships
  • Budget management
  • HR  – inductions, new starters, contracts, sickness etc. Working very closely with HR Director
  • IT & Telecoms support – working alongside outsourced IT 
  • Assisting with client events
